The buyer wanted to use Michel Henderson as their attorney for the closing and found out yesterday that the she didn't want to do the paperwork and so decided not to do the closing. She could have informed us of this long before the closing date so that we would have had time to rearrange things in order to close on time. Now we have had to postpone the closing more than two weeks. What kind of way is this to do business? If you are thinking of using this firm, better to go somewhere else first.
