  I had called to make an appointment to get my hair cut and the lady said she was free that day at 4 p.m. I walked in a few minutes before 4 and there was someone in the chair who was in the very beginning stage of getting their hair cut. After waiting 20+ minutes I finally left as I had somewhere I needed to get to and would have never made it if I had stayed and waited even longer. Very bad experience. The lady never really acknowledged me and evidently completely had forgotten that I had made an appointment as she never bothered to apologize for running late even though I had just called a few hours previously.
